UCAS Convention

On Tuesday this week the Lower Sixth visited the annual UCAS Conference at Manchester Central.  All the universities were represented as well as employment, apprenticeship opportunities and the armed services.  The boys were a credit to the school, taking time to ask good questions at various stands and exhibitions and conducting themselves impeccably throughout the afternoon.  The process of thinking about University applications has now begun in earnest; boys will be working with tutors over the coming months to write their personal statements and gather as much information on their chosen post Sixth Form route as possible.  More details about our UCAS open evening in June will follow in due course.
